MCSPADDEN COUNTY FAIR  was created to bring community together.

The Fair highlights local vendors, information booths on urban agriculture, and sustainable living, food trucks, entertainment, various competitions, and of course the

EAST VAN ZUCCHINI RACES!

The McSpadden County Fair has quickly become a community tradition not to be missed, with an estimated 1500 neighbours getting out to enjoy the event in 2025.

We are volunteer run and 100% funded by the generosity of local businesses and organizations.

Our Goals are simple…

  • To promote community development through education, entertainment, and support of local business.

  • To support and promote urban agriculture and sustainable healthy living.

  • To be inclusive of diverse communities, and provide accessibility for all.

  • To provide family focused activities and entertainment.

  • To revitalize the traditions of county fairs and blend them with the diversity of urban living.

McSpadden Park and the McSpadden County Fair event are located on the stolen traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations

We are proud to partner with amazing local businesses. HUGE shout out to our sponsors who help make this community event possible.
